This Privacy Policy describes how Biomod Compounds, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as MaxLab Wellness (“MaxLab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use biomodpeptides.com (the “Site”), create an account, join a waitlist, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

  • “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to a specific individual or household.
  • “Usage Data” means information automatically collected when you interact with the Site, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account registration information — name, email address, password, phone number (optional).
  • Order information — billing address, shipping address, payment details (processed by our payment processor and not stored by MaxLab in card form), order history.
  • Support communications — content of any message you send through the Contact form, email, phone, or SMS channels.
  • Affiliate or wholesale inquiries — business name, role, jurisdiction, professional credentials voluntarily provided.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage Data, including IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, language preferences, screen resolution, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, exit pages, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4 below.

Information from third parties

  • Payment processors — transaction outcome and limited card metadata (last four digits, brand, expiration) where applicable.
  • Analytics and advertising partners — aggregated information about site usage.
  • Service Providers — fraud signals, account verification data, and similar operational information.

3. How we use information

MaxLab uses Personal Information and Usage Data to: (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Site; (b) process and fulfill orders, including communicating order status and delivering Certificates of Analysis; (c) manage accounts, waitlists, and authentication; (d) respond to support, COA verification, affiliate, and wholesale inquiries; (e) communicate with you about your orders, account activity, and waitlist status; (f) send marketing communications where you have opted in (you can opt out at any time); (g) detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, prohibited use, or violations of our Terms; (h) enforce the research-use-only nature of the MaxLab catalog; (i) comply with applicable legal obligations, court orders, and regulatory requests; (j) analyze Site performance and usage patterns; and (k) protect the rights, property, and safety of MaxLab, its Users, and the public.


4. Cookies and tracking technologies

MaxLab uses both session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are deleted). Cookie categories used on the Site include:

  • Strictly necessary — required for core Site functionality, including login, cart, and checkout
  • Functional — remember preferences such as language and display settings.
  • Analytics — measure Site usage to help us improve the experience (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Marketing — used to deliver relevant communications and measure campaign effectiveness, where you have opted in.

5. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, MaxLab may send recurring automated text messages related to your account, your orders, customer support inquiries, or marketing communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP. Phone numbers and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. By providing your number and opting in, you consent to receive these messages and to MaxLab’s processing of your number for that purpose.


6. How we share information

MaxLab does not sell Personal Information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers — hosting, order fulfillment, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support tooling, and similar operational vendors. Service Providers are contractually obligated to process information only on MaxLab’s behalf and only for the purposes for which it was disclosed to them.
  • Affiliates — corporate affiliates under common ownership or control, subject to this Policy.
  • Business transfers — in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your Personal Information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Legal disclosures — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or violations of law; to protect the rights, property, or safety of MaxLab, its Users, or the public; and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

7. Data retention

MaxLab retains Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Order records and related Certificates of Analysis are retained for the periods required by applicable commercial, tax, and regulatory law. When information is no longer needed, MaxLab will delete or anonymize it in a commercially reasonable manner.


8. Security

MaxLab takes commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and MaxLab cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for promptly notifying MaxLab of any suspected unauthorized access.


9. Children's information

The Site is intended exclusively for individuals at least twenty-one (21) years of age. MaxLab does not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 21. If you believe a person under 21 has provided information to MaxLab, please contact us so we can delete the information.


10. California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with the following rights, subject to certain exceptions: the right to know what Personal Information is collected, used, shared, or sold; the right to delete Personal Information MaxLab has collected; the right to correct inaccurate Personal Information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information (MaxLab does not sell Personal Information); and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. 11. Other state privacy rights

Residents of states with comparable privacy statutes (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others as enacted) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and limit the processing of their Personal Information. MaxLab will honor verifiable requests in accordance with applicable state law.


12. Marketing opt-out

You may opt out of marketing email at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. You may opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP. Transactional communications about your account, your orders, and your Certificates of Analysis are not promotional and may continue after you opt out of marketing.


13. Third-party websites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by MaxLab. MaxLab is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every site you visit.


14. International data transfers

MaxLab operates in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.


15. Changes to this Policy

MaxLab may update this Policy from time to time. The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For material changes, MaxLab may provide additional notice (such as a banner on the Site or an email to registered Users). Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
